Shipping Policy
Upon order placement, if the selected product(s) are in stock, they will be shipped within
3 business days to the customer’s provided address. Once your order is dispatched, you
will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can
easily track all orders through the shipping company’s website using the provided
tracking link. If you don’t receive your tracking information within 48 hours of making
your order then please contact us at info@annavi.fr. We cannot be held responsible for
orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses provided by the customer. In such
instances, the customer will be responsible for covering all expenses related to
reshipping.
The delivery can vary depending on available stock and the customer’s geographic
location. Deliveries within France are usually completed within 2 to 5 business days from
the date of shipment. For deliveries in Europe, there is a provided express service with an
estimated delivery time between 1 and 5 days from the shipment date of the order.
Please note that the made to order products are only made, once you place the order.
Your product will then be ready for shipping within 14 to 30 days. Feel free to contact us
at info@annavi.fr if you need a specific delivery method.
The shipping costs are:
France 6 euros
UK 30 euros
EU 10 – 35 euros
ANNAVI is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery company. If there’s a delay,
it’s best for the customer to contact the delivery company first. If we cannot deliver on
time, we’ll email the customer about the delay. If the delivery exceeds 4 weeks from the
confirmation of the order, the customer has the option to cancel the order. If the
customer is unavailable during the delivery attempt, the delivery company will leave a
note in their mailbox. The customer can then collect the package from a designated
location within a specified timeframe.
As an international consumer, it’s essential to conduct thorough research to anticipate
any unexpected charges during customs clearance and estimate potential additional
costs. If you’re unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, we recommend reaching out to
your local postal office for detailed information. It is your complete responsibility to verify
the customs duties, charges, and procedures applicable in your country before making
your purchase.
Lost/stolen Packages
Before contacting info@annavi.fr to report a lost or stolen package, kindly wait for up to
10 days for EU orders and up to 3 weeks for overseas orders.
Exchange & Return Policy
We gladly accept to exchange any unworn, unwashed pieces within 10 days of receiving
your online order. Passed the 10 days you loose the right of any exchanges. The shipping
costs for the all items that are returned must be unworn and have their original tags and
packaging. (hangers, garment bag, all labels attached).
If you don’t want to exchange your product(s), we can refund it as soon as we receive
your order back. As for the exchange policy you need to send back the product(s) within
10 days of receiving your online order.
We do not accept returned garments and accessories in bad, not sellable conditions, like
ripped parts, with makeup stains or with a smell of perfume. Please be careful when
trying on the garments, without causing any sort of damage. If the product(s) have been
used or aren’t returned in the original packaging, you will lose your right of exchange
and the product(s) will be returned to you.
The made to order garments are not exchangeable or refundable.
Defective Item
We meticulously ensure the quality of our products. Nonetheless, if you encounter a
manufacturing defect in any received product(s), please don’t hesitate to reach out to our
